20th Mixtape Feature: DJ Graffiti and Astronote

“I already know you’re skeptical. I was too, and I manage Astronote! Think of one thing and then thank me after you listen to the remixes. This mix is hosted by Talib Kweli, one of Brooklyn’s finest. Would he jeopardize his career by attaching his name to some subpar Biggie remixes? Hell, would I jeopardize my almost career for the same reason? haha Astronote is the truth. Don’t sleep!”

Davito’s Way Presents: The Intervention Mixtape
Dj Davito hosts this genuinely hip-hop mixtape. The funny thing about this is it actually sounds like it’s from the 90s, not like today’s “golden era” revival. Not to say that music is bad, but this mixtape easily triumphs over it.
DJ Davito, Big Es and Complex are frequent collaborators based on the east coast. Complex and DJ Davito are from Brooklyn and Big Es is from Puerto Rico. DJ Davito organizes the mixtapes, his cousin, Big Es, handles the production and Complex completes the trio with the rhymes.
